Return & Refund Policy

At The CrossFit Company  we are committed to providing high-quality gym and CrossFit equipment. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return in accordance with South African consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn fitness equipment
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
  • Personal-use items (e.g. grips, gloves, straps) that have been used

3. Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • You must notify us within 6 months of receiving the product (as per CPA)
  • We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the issue

  • Photos/videos of the defect
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider (processing times may vary)
  • If you still have not received your refund, contact us at thecrossfitcompany@gmail.com
