Shipping policy
1. Shipping Partners
We work with a network of reliable couriers, including:
- Aramex South Africa
- The Courier Guy
- PUDO
- Fastway Couriers
- Buffalo Logistics (where available)
The courier used will depend on your delivery location, service availability, and the size/weight of your order.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Orders placed after 2 PM may be processed the following business day
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- Main cities: 4–8 business days
- Outlying areas: 8–11 business days
- Delivery timeline are not guaranteed
Please note: These are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, courier delays, peak periods).
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
- We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time (subject to terms)
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped:
- You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS
- You can track your parcel directly through the assigned courier
6. Delivery Addresses
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details
- If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply
7. Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:
- The courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange a new delivery time
- In some cases, your parcel may be held at a nearby depot or locker point (e.g. PUDO)
8. Risk & Ownership
- All orders remain our responsibility until delivered to your specified address
- Once delivered, responsibility passes to the customer
9. Delays & Liability
While we work with trusted courier partners, delays can occasionally occur. We are not liable for:
- Courier-related delays
- Lost or damaged parcels once confirmed delivered
However, we will assist you in resolving any delivery issues with the courier.
